U. Troubleshooting your OBSERV
U.1. The OBSERV does not power on
1. Check if the device is connected with the provided power adapter and is connected to the power supply.2. Try another OBSERV Power cord3. Can you connect the iPad to the OBSERV? Check if it charges or not, is there power still running through the device.
U.2. The OBSERV buttons do not respond when the device is turned on
1. Make sure the OBSERV is not connected to a Bluetooth device by closing the OBSERV App on the iPad in order to regain manual control over the OBSERV.2. Check power button is not stuck on front of OBSERV.
U.3. Chinrest will not attach properly
Untighten the screw on the chinrest to make sure it can slide all the way down. When it is positioned all the way down, the screw can be tightened again.
U.4. iPad does not fit properly in visor
Use the Allen key located on the bottom of the visor to untighten or tighten the slider arms. Adjust the arms to fit your iPad. For centring the camera, check if you are using the proper faceplate that is compatible with your iPad. Check if your faceplate is properly applied to the visor.
U.5. The app does not pair with the OBSERV
1. Check if the OBSERV is powered on.2. Check the iPad: - airplane mode is off.- Bluetooth is switched on and allowed to make a connection with the OBSERV.3. Check in the app settings on your iPad if the OBSERV app is allowed to use Bluetooth.
U.6. I'm missing an item

U.7. I cannot download the app
1. Is your iPad connected to your WI-FI? 2. Are you logged on to your Apple account with your apple ID? 3. Is your iPad updated to the latest iPad OS version?4. The app is only available in the App Store on the iPad.
U.8. My iPad is taking blurry photos
1. Check that the lenses are clean2. Check that the clear plastic protector film has been removed from the inside visor.3. Check IOS and OBSERV app are all up to current updates.
U.9. Clients are not receiving their reports when sent an email through the OBSERV app
1. Make sure your OBSERV App is connected to Wi-Fi as this is needed in order to send emails through.2. Check the email outgoing emails (the outbox)
