Section B. Setting up the OBSERV

OBSERV 520X App manual step-by -step set-up procedureMake sure you have the following in front of you as you start the set-up procedure:1. Compatible iPad. (Please see our iPad compatibility chart here)2. OBSERV connected to your Wi-Fi and iPad Blue Tooth is on.3. The OBSERV device plugged in ready for the set up.4. Your email and password login credentials to Sylton
B. 1. Here is how to download the OBSERV App from Apple App store.1. First make sure you have a compatible iPad for the OBSERV, please see our iPad compatibility chart.2. Go to the Apple App store and type in OBSERV (light GREEN icon for OBSERV 520X and PINK icon for OBSERV 320) and download.
3. We recommend reading the OBSERV 520X App manual. (Available at the link above)
B. 2. To prepare your iPad to be able to use the Observ app:
1. Follow the installation instructions provided by Apple. 2. Connect your iPad to Wi-Fi. 3. Connect to your company Apple ID, if you don't have an Apple ID, you can create one during the configuration of the iPad.
4. Set-up your preferred e-mail account on your iPad via:> Settings> Select mail> Select account > Add accountThis e-mail account will be used by the OBSERV App to send out treatment reports to clients. Make sure you register the correct e-mail and use only this email in the future.5. Activate your Sylton account via the activation e-mail and use your credentials being your selected email and password to login to the OBSERV app. Back to Academy menu
